division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of
the thoughts and intents of the heart.

IS ELIJAH
IN HEAVEN?
Why did Jesus say "And
no man hath ascended up to
heaven, but He that came
down from heaven,
even the son of man, which is in heaven"? (John 3:13). Jesus, who
had justcome from
heaven, and who appeared in human flesh, said, plainly that
Elijah was not in heaven!
Yet the Bible says, ". . .
Elijah went up by a whirlwind
into heaven"
(II Kings 2:11). Is this a
contradiction?
It certainly
appears
to be so! Surely Jesus did not tell an
untruth! Yet He plainly
contradicts
what II Kings 2:11 SEEMS to say!
Is there some difficulty between the Hebrew and the Greek words for
"heaven"? Where did Elijah go?
What did Jesus mean?

GOD'S
SEASONAL PLAN
Man’s fascination with spiritual ritual
is endless. Archaeology, history, sociology and other disciplines deal
with the superstitions and myths of societies which have disappeared.
Museums around the world are laden with the religious figurines, idols,
icons, and jewelry of buried civilizations. From their studies of these
religious artifacts, archaeologists glean much information about the
people who made and used them. Isn’t it strange that man’s fascination
with the mythological seemingly deliberately overlooked the rich
typology seen in God’s annual Sabbaths given to ancient Israel?
Egypt, Babylon, Rome; the Mayans, Aztecs, Iroquois, Cheyenne, or
the savages of Papua, New Guinea—all have been the subject of intense
study of religious idolatry, myth, and superstitions. In a recent issue
of National Geographic dedicated to the 500th anniversary of Columbus’
discovery of "India," dozens of mythological figures of America’s
aboriginal inhabitants were featured. How many times have you been told
a fraction as much about the God-given picture of God’s plan for
humanity as revealed through the seasons and God’s harvest festivals?

When the Kingdom of
God Comes—
What Becomes of the Children? |

Jesus Christ preached the Gospel about the
soon-coming Kingdom of God. He is to rule in that Kingdom
for one thousand years before a "new heavens and new earth." But what
will that Kingdom be like? Will humans live in it? Can children
grow up and marry and have families? Will there be any cities? What
about those who are too young to be converted, baptized members of the
church? Will they be allowed to live in the Kingdom? Believe it
or not, the Bible says a great deal about children in the Kingdom of
God.

Is Why
Many Deny
GOD Exists!
Some of the most fascinating programs on television are those
dealing with wildlife. In our modern day of marvelous inventions,
millions of us may sit in our own living rooms and see dozens of
kinds of animals in Africa; lions, giraffes, wildebeest, hyenas,
jackals, elephants — or we can be taken into the depths of the seas
to watch whales or dolphins, or to see the frightening charge of a
great white shark against a diver in a cage. Invariably, sprinkled
through the narration, we will hear how all these creatures
"evolved." Evolution is ubiquitous in all education and wildlife
documentaries. It is infused into our children's minds from their
earliest days in formal education. Yet, evolution is completely
false; totally unproved; an empty theory! No mention of God as the
Creator ever accompanies the marvels of creation displayed by the
technological genius of man. As we view a flock of migratory birds
winging their way across thousands of miles of trackless seas, we
are not told of the great Creator who instilled instinct into all
creatures. Why? WHY such anti-God bias? WHY do otherwise intelligent
men deny the existence of the Creator? Are there any motives for
denial of God? Here is the truth about WHY so many deny God!

SHOULD
CHRISTIANS OBSERVE
EASTER
OR THE PASSOVER?
Easter is the greatest of all "Christian" observances,
closely followed by Christmas. It supposedly celebrates the
resurrection of Christ. WHY, then, did Paul command the Gentile
Christians to "show the Lord's DEATH" till He come? Jesus Christ
Himself celebrated His famous "Last Supper," with His disciples,
proclaiming that a bit of unleavened bread represented His body;
that a sip of wine represented His shed blood. This was in
commemoration of His DEATH for the sins of all mankind. Why is
there no command anywhere in the Bible to celebrate His
resurrection? Why did not the apostles celebrate it? Is the
"Passover" only "Jewish," and therefore not Christian? Should
Christians observe Easter? Does the Bible command Easter
observance? You will be astonished at the answers! Here, from
the pages of your own Bible is the PLAIN TRUTH about EASTER and
